Product Description
Material: Stainless steel 304 for mainly part, Aluminized steel for collars of both ends.
Effect:
01. Durability and NVH improvement of Exhaust pipe system(welding position bending position)
02. Decoupling of large exhaust system movements under driving on road and engine vibration & shock engine, between engine and exhaust pipe system.
03. Environment protection by gas tight connection.
04. Absorption for heat expansion and contraction of exhaust pipe and crossover pipe.
05. Compensation of misalignment for exhaust pipe system
Styles:
1. Outside braid, middle double bellows and lined inside braid, with nipple.
2. Single layer bellows, double layer bellows available.
3. Bellows will be formed into Omega-profile, S-profile or U-profile (as per clients' requirements).
4. Lined with inside interlock or nothing inside;
